PLEASE NOTE: Bordetella Vaccine MUST be given at least seven (7) days prior to check-in. If vaccine is out of date, boarding stay can not be approved.

Training: Twenty-four (24) hours cancellation notice required for all training appointments. Training fee is non-refundable for less than 24 hour notice.

Boarding: Three (3) day cancellation notification required for regular boarding season. Fourteen (14) day cancellation notification required for holiday/vacation period boarding reservations. PLEASE NOTE DETAILED POLICY DESIGNATING USE OF DEPOSITS.

Deposits are non refundable for any reason.

>> Three (3) day cancellation notice required for regular boarding season. Deposits may be used as credits for future services, IF CANCELLATION IS WITHIN THE ABOVE TIME FRAME. IN THE EVENT OF Three days or less notice:deposit is forfeited.

>> Fourteen (14) day cancellation notice required for season reservations. Deposits may be used as credits for future services, IF CANCELLATION IS WITHIN THE ABOVE TIME FRAME. In the event of LESS THAN 14 days notice, the original deposit is forfeited. (A new deposit will be required to reschedule)
